Wrong Side of Sol presents the art of crochet - beautiful crochet with vibrant colour combinations and eye-catching design. All my artworks are unique.
Having enjoyed making some hats using this pattern I wanted to experiment with different yarns and loved the beautiful mix found in this Midnight Fjords Jewelspun Aran yarn by Sirdar.
The finish is lightweight enough to not feel heavy on your head, yet sunggly enough to keep you warm!

This beautiful piece has been crocheted using Sirdar Jewelspun Aran yarn in ‘Midnight Fjords’. The colour mix blends wonderfully between blues, greens, orange, pinks and purples!
The design of the hat is a lazy slouch which can be shaped at the back to suit the wearer. The brim can also be rolled up creating a more snug beanie fit if desired.
The circumference of the brim measures approx 57cm with the brim to crown measuring 24cm. The pattern is by Heather Collins. There is a natural twist to the seam which is the result of working the crochet in rounds.
This item can be machine washed on a wool cycle at 30 degrees. Reshape whilst wet and dry flat.
