FayCreates is doing great things!
For every £30 spent in this store, I will hand craft a cosy beanie hat which will then be donated to a UK charity to help those in need. This includes the homeless, families in need, and the elderly.
I wanted to create a versatile adult beanie hat that anyone could wear, so developed a very basic double stripe pattern in green, grey and blue. Each beanie is reversible and can also be worn with a brim or as a slouchy beanie and is double layered for that extra cosy feel.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
