This warm, orange-red stone is a variety of Chalcedony, a member of the Quartz family.
Used as an adornment by man for over 4,500 years, this stone has come to symbolise health, luck and royalty.
It was prescribed by ancient healers to 'invigorate the blood'.

Full description
The 8mm, 6mm and 4mm natural Carnelian beads are separated by 6mm and 4mm dragon vein Agate and tiny gold Tibetan spacers that are nickel and lead free.
The natural Carnelian beads are a translucent burnt orange colour.
The dragon vein Agate are a translucent milky grey, with dark grey veined markings.
The beads hang from gold vermeil ear-wires.
Gold vermeil is sterling silver that has been plated with 18k gold
These pretty earrings measures approximately 1.5 inches (3.75cm), excluding the wires.
Your earrings will be wrapped in tissue and presented in a small organza gift bag.
