UK POST All items except for the letterbox gifts are now posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcel post and charged at a flat rate of £3.95. If you order more than one item the second will be free or I will upgrade as required with no extra cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL POST - Due to new regulations I no longer post to Europe or NI. Should I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

I've been making notes of new ideas for Bearlescent for quite some time and have wanted to make some smaller gifts without losing the quality or overall look of Bearlescent. Recently one of my lovely bear customers lost a loved one and I pondered on what I could send her through the post with a sympathy card. I attached a 3cm little wooden bear and the idea literally came to me at that time. I scribbled some notes and and finally decided on a simple shaped embroidered bear that could fit through a letterbox. I wanted to add more details and experimented with various ideas before eventually deciding on a short verse and hand made card then lastly added the little embroidered heart. Being careful not to overfill the little bear I managed to make my first one that could fit in a 2cm deep postal box.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A unique design wool felt bear, decorated with hand embroidery. Lightly stuffed so he can fit into his handmade paper sleeve and squeeze through a letterbox.
A little wool felt hand embroidered hanging heart, stuffed with a sprinkling of dried lavender.
A hand made teddy bear card, left blank for your own use (I will add the message to this if you want me to send direct to a loved one)
A choice of 3 unique design verses, please state which option you require from the drop down options button and by referring to the numbers on the photographs.
3cm wooden teddy bear which is easily detached from the paper.
Wrapped in white tissue and finished with my wooden handmade tag,
Posted in a plain brown box, I intentionally left the box blank so that the recipient will have a lovely surprise on opening it.
