Beach hut toiletry bag. This summery toiletry bag is made from lovely blue upholstery fabric with an appliqué scene featuring a beach hut on a sandy beach, against blue sky. The beach hut is made from wonderfully soft striped fabric in lovely coastal shades of blue, red, cream, golden yellow and peach. The door is pale duck-egg blue and has a white sequin door handle. The roof is made from dark blue denim. I've used a mottled golden yellow fabric for the sand, and the sky is made from lovely pale blue fabric with a subtle white streak, which resembles a band of high cloud in a blue sky. The scene is framed with a border of blue satin stitch. To one side of the beach scene, I've added three natural wood buttons, each with two hearts and the words "Handmade with love" inscribed on them. The wash bag fastens with a navy blue zip, and is lined with water-resistant fabric in a lovely shade of pale blue. The base of the bag is boxed to give lots of space for all those essential items.
A beach-themed toiletry bag would be a lovely way to transport toiletries on holidays and nights away. The wash bag would also make a lovely unique gift for someone who loves beach huts.

12 inches (30cm) wide x 9 inches (23cm) high x 4 inches (10cm) across the base.
