Makers Details -
this detailed polymer clay cottage has been created using extensive photos of the actual cottage situated on Drumossie Moor, Culloden.
The original cottage and out-building walls etc played a significant part in the short and brutally bloody battle, Little remains of these enclosures and buildings used by both Jacobite and kings troops.
Leanach is remembered as it served as a field dressing station for the Jacobite wounded.
