You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
All custom orders are sent with a signed for delivery as they often cannot be replaced. Please check your address carefully, If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package a refund minus the shipping will only be issued once the package has returned to me. Please note this can take weeks. Items go missing in transit rarely and Royal mail do not consider anything lost until 30 days have passed for UK . Therefore refunds on lost items can only be given after 32 days.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Fluorite and silver necklace -
Fluorite is a natural coloured stone made up of sea greens through to deep purple with many stones a mixture of both and making each strand and therefore each necklace OOAK.
For this design I have used faceted fluorite rounds graduating from 10mm - 6mm separated by faceted Karen Hill tribe Thai silver beads.
A gorgeous mix of sparkling natural colour gemstones.
The finished necklace measures 21inches / 53cms cms and is finished with a sterling silver lobster clasp and ring.
