You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

All custom orders are sent with a signed for delivery as they often cannot be replaced. Please check your address carefully, If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package a refund minus the shipping will only be issued once the package has returned to me. Please note this can take weeks. Items go missing in transit rarely and Royal mail do not consider anything lost until 30 days have passed for UK . Therefore refunds on lost items can only be given after 32 days.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Murano blue and white glass bracelet -
10mm round beads of plain sky blue and 2 tone spotty blue Murano glass beads are mixed with 10mm rounds of white faceted agate and accented with sterling silver 3mm round sterling silver spacers for a gorgeous Summery combination.
The bracelet closes with a sterling silver lobster clasp and extension chain which is finished with a matching 4mm white agate bead.
Finished length is adjustable from 7- 8 inches / 18.5 - 20 cms
Matching earrings are shown in pictures 8 - 10.
Venetian Murano glass beads are handmade individually by very skilled glass artists and as such no two beads are identical.
The results are fabulous and give Murano glass beads the worldwide reputation they justly deserve.
