My world of donkeys! Those familiar with my prints might be aware that I create a lot of prints featuring donkeys. I don't think they are championed nearly as much as they should be in the art world, so I feel it is my job to do so.

This is a hand-printed screen-print entitled 'Magic Donkey No.5'
This is one of a continuing series of prints that I have made focussed on donkeys and their adventures in a strange and abstracted place. This print featured a magic donkey balancing on three mysterious hands, perhaps helping the donkey on its way through a dream.
The prints started as a way to celebrate donkeys, as I feel they are somewhat undervalued in art and society, and as time has gone on the compositions have become more and more surreal!
I love using this combination of colours, and using very transparent inks seeing how the extra colours occur when overlaying the pink, blue and yellow.
Pink, blue and yellow System 3 inks on white Seawhite 220gsm acid-free paper. From an edition of only 22, signed, stamped, titled and numbered.
The print image measures H39.4xW23cm.
The paper measures H42xW29.7cm.
Printed by myself in Sheffield, UK. Each one is slightly different, as is the nature with screen-prints.
All prints will be posted unframed, securely in a heavyweight card tube and sent by first-class post (UK) or Airmail (rest of the world).
