This is Ollie the Needle Felted Life-sized Little Owl.
Ollie was created using a blend of brown wools, wire and black, glass eyes.
Oldie’s legs were made using wire with silk clay talons. His legs are poseable but care must be taken not to repeatedly bend the wires.
Ollie is approximately 23 cm tall including his legs.
Owls are one of the most beautiful nocturnal creatures and have always fascinated me. All the different species provided me with the most amazing inspiration.
Ollie the Little Owl was 100% needle felted and handmade by me.
I adore needle felting wildlife and each project is one-of-a-kind. As my creations are all handmade, they will never be the same.
Needle felted items are for decoration only, not suitable for small children and must be handled with care.
