Generated by drawing a sharp, steel point through red hot enamel while the piece is in a kiln with an aperture of 6cm high by 10cm wide by 11cm deep, presents a number of challenges, always different.
I cannot claim full responsibility for the finished design. The material is often uncooperative, refusing to be manipulated as I envisaged, cooling to solid sooner than I might wish. But between us we achieve some startling designs. And, after all, next time who know what might happen?

Full description
To make this pendant I have scrolled rods of green, blue, red and gold enamel over the white background built up on a copper disc.
The pendant measures 50mm in diameter. I have mounted it on a 45cm, silver plate, curb chain that fastens with a simple bolt ring.
