I love mermaids and was beyond happy when I found this lovely sea sirens fabric. It has a love almost innocent retro feel with a tough of burlesque and I couldn't wait to turn it into all manner of lovely things.

Mermaid frame shoulder bag.
Handmade kiss clasp bag in a lovely retro inspired sea siren cotton fabric in a choice of colours.
I have lined them in complimentary cotton fabrics and added shoulder straps allowing it to sit comfortably on your shoulder.
4 internal pockets help organise everything, dense interlining gives a lovely plush feel and bottom darts add shape and some structure.
The bronze coloured metal frame is hand stitched using thick pearl cotton thread.
These unique bags are individually made by me in my relaxing and tranquil little West Sussex garden studio.
Approximate size:
Width: 47cm (18.5”).
Height: 30cm (11.75”) excl. the frame.
Frame: Width: 26cm (10.25”).
Straps: 61cm (24”) x 2.5cm (1”).
This fabric is designed by Alexander Henry and called Sea Sirens.

Spot cleaning with warm water is recommended due to the metal frame.
