In Hindu mythology, moonstone was considered to be solidified moonbeams.
In fact, many ancient cultures associate the stone with moonlight - when light strikes moonstone, a phenomenon called "adularescence' can be seen, which looks very like the moonlight shining through thin clouds.
Moonstone and Pearl are considered birthstones for June and Gemini.

Full description
Pretty, dainty bracelet of white Moonstone chips, 4mm white mother-of-pearl beads and 4mm Czech glass, dusky mauve pearls.
The white Moonstone chip beads are semi-translucent with a waxy sheen and occasional flashes of adularescence.
The glass pearls have a subtle, lilac colour and a soft sheen, while the mother-of-pearl beads show glints of iridescence when they catch the light.
This stretch bracelet measures approximately 7 inches (18cm).
Presented in a small organza gift bag.
