We had heavy snow in February and decided to take a walk up the farm track with our wellies on. I took the photograph along the way (we didn't get far, it was so cold!) and was surprised that it came out light blue in colour, with all the snow, so decided to sew the snowscape onto blue linen.

Full description
Hand embroidered, one-off, snowscape/landscape of the Obney Hills in Perthshire. Hand sewn with embroidery floss onto blue linen and mounted onto an A3 board, ready to be framed if so wished.
(This fabric embroidery took approximately 20 hours to hand sew and I enjoyed every minute!.)
