Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A5 sized grungy style birthday card for grandsons. The card features a hand coloured image of a teenage boy walking along, wearing shades. The image and sentiment 'Happy Birthday Grandson' have been mounted onto black card and overlaid onto a grungy background of numbers and stencilled arrows. The envelope has been stencilled to match. The insert is left blank for your own birthday message.
The card is A5 in size (15cm x 21cm or 6in x 8in) and comes with a white envelope, which has also been stencilled, in a compostable wrapper.
Items purchased from Fluff Stuff Crafts will be posted first class via Royal Mail (estimated delivery 1 - 3 days). Overseas delivery will be via Royal Mail's International Standard service (estimated delivery 3 - 5 working days for Europe and 5 - 7 working days for the rest of the world).
