G'Day and welcome to my shop of jewellery delights! I'm taking a short break and my shop will re-open MONDAY 18 NOVEMBER, 2024.
LAST POSTING DATES: UK - 14 DEC; REST OF WORLD - 1 DEC. Please note, I'm happy to post items after these dates, but delivery speeds can be reduced due to large volume of Christmas post, so Royal Mail cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Here you will find fabric and mixed media jewellery to suit all occasions - from gifts for science fans and tea drinkers to animal lovers and nature lovers!

This William Morris pattern is also called Brier Rabbit and was first produced by Morris & Co. in 1882. The pattern was inspired and named after a character in Uncle Remus, His Song and Sayings by JC Harris (1881), which William Morris used to read to his daughters. The rabbits and birds that I’ve selected for these pendants were drawn by Morris’ close friend and colleague – Phillip Webb.
These earrings coordinate well with my pendant featuring this bird pattern, also available in my shop: https://folksy.com/items/7314835-Pair-of-Birds-or-Rabbits-William-Morris-fabric-covered-button-pendants

Here’s a pair of cheeky rabbits in a soft spring green shade on cream fabric!
These lovely earrings have been made using William Morris & Co inspired cotton fabric from Moda in collaboration with the Victoria and Albert Museum.
It features a repeating pattern of rabbits, birds and foliage in cream, on a sage green background of the print called Brother Rabbit (also called Brier Rabbit).
I've selected lovely sections of the cotton fabric featuring the rabbits’ faces - surrounded by swirling foliage.
The buttons have a 15mm diameter and they have been set within antique bronze plated brass scallop settings. The total drop is just over 3cm. I’ve paired them with matching antique bronze earring hooks (high quality brass base). Stainless steel base with antique bronze plating are also available.
This lovely unique pair of earrings will come will come to you safe and carefully packaged in a UK Made eco-friendly recycled kraft card jewellery box - perfect for gifting to that nature lover, William Morris fan or Arts and Crafts lover, just a thinking of you gift (or as a treat for yourself!).
As it’s made of cotton, this is also ideal as a small token for a 2nd wedding anniversary gift! I a matching pendant can also be made, just contact me.
