It will always be a bones day with this stunning mug!
Not only does it feature a bones day medallions on one side and a no bones day medallion. So you can always let those around you know how you feel without even speaking…
But it’s such a large mug it’s bound to always set you off on a Bones Day!
Made with stoneware clay and thrown on the wheel. It has been glazed with beautiful, colourful, drippy glazes and would make a wonderful gift or treat for yourself!
The mug was dried slowly once the handles were added over a few weeks. It was then fired to over 1000c, called a bisque firing. It was then glazed and fired again to over 1200c. This is when the magic happens and the glazes run into each making the individual look of the deceptively large Made With Mud mug.
Height - approx 12.8cm tall
Volume - approx 500ml / 18 fl oz To the brim.
All Food Safe Glazes, dishwasher and microwave safe.
Just remember that although safe, dishwashers can be brutal places for pottery!
If multiple items are purchased at the same time I will combine where possible and ensure any excessive postage is refunded.
