I am very fond of words of encouragement, lots of colour and hanging decorations.
It made sense to develop my own range of Positivity decorations with colourul encouraging messages stamped into pewter that you can hang around your house or gift to your friends when the need a wee boost!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A little message of positivity for your or a friends home!
Hand sawn from pewter sheet, this encouraging heart measures 8 cm across.
Letters are individually stamped to spell out: "Love Yourself First" along the bottom of the ornament, with space at the top remaining available for a name to be added if required.
A quirky and beautiful ornament, this is wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a recyclable paper gift bag and posted via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for at no extra cost.
Sustainability is important to me and as such I try to keep the amount of ready made stock to a minimum. I add the finishing touches to each item as they are ordered and this can add a day of two to my despatch time.
That being said, the majority of my orders are sent out within three working days of an order being placed, and certainly no more than five at the very latest. If you require an order quickly, please do message me and I will hurry it along to ensure you receive it for when you need it by.
