Full description
An A3 size 2-colour hand-printed linocut/screen-print entitled 'Crow No.2'.
This is probably one of my favourite birds, so I have returned to the subject for a second time. I'm a big fan of corvids (as you may have guessed!). The whole family intrigue me, with their different personalities, calls and visual presence.
I had created one version of this print previously, a large 76x56cm print, in a tiny edition of 7. This version differs in size, colour and edition size.
Very dark grey and midnight blue inks on white Seawhite 250gsm acid-free paper. From an edition of 50, signed, titled and numbered. I created the image initially as a linocut print, and then transferred the image to a silk-screen to hand-print the edition.
The print image measures H32xW24cm.
The paper measures H42xW29.7cm.
Hand-printed by myself in Sheffield, UK. Each one is slightly different, as is the nature with screen-prints.
All prints will be posted unframed, and securely in a card tube and sent by first-class Royal Mail Signed-For post (UK) or Airmail (rest of the world).
