Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Our Gift vouchers make perfect gifts if you are stuck for ideas or are unsure of what to buy. They are perfect if you live far away from the person you are gifting too.
This voucher can be used on any item in our Folksy shop. We can email the voucher to you to print at home or we can email it directly to the recipient. Just let us know what email to send to, the name of the recipient and your name in the note to buyer section when you order.
To redeem the voucher just send us a message with your voucher number and we will send you a coupon code to redeem in our shop.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase.
Returns
If you’re not absolutely delighted with your purchase, of course you don’t have to keep it. You don’t want to keep things that don’t make your heart sing. Just send it back in the same unworn condition that you received it within 21 days and we’ll return your payment. No problem and no quibbles.
If any of our pieces have any kind of fault, however small, we’ll of course sort it out straight away. Just let us know and we’ll do the right thing.
