You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Gift Vouchers available in denominations of £25, £30, £40, £50 or £75 (select amount after you have added to basket). Other values can be arranged on request.
The voucher will be sent to you by email as a pdf file, which you can then either print or forward electronically to the recipient.
Vouchers are redeemable against items in the Polarstar Pottery shop on Folksy and the associated postage&packing costs. Vouchers can also be redeemed against commissions.
Each voucher will include a unique reference number that is traceable back to your purchase to guard against loss or fraud.
Vouchers can be personalised by adding 'Recipients name', ' Sender's name' and a short message of your choice.
The recipient of the voucher makes their choice from the Polarstar Pottery Shop and then PLACES THEIR ORDER BY EMAIL (details provided) or via the 'Contact' button on the shop header.
Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash, but if the voucher exceeds the combined value of the selected item(s) and the P&P, then a refund can be made to the recipient using PayPal.
Valid for 2 years from purchase.
Please note - this is not an automated system and vouchers will be emailed within 24 hours of purchase.
