A bracelet designed to offer period support. Made with chrysocolla, Amazonite, moonstone, amethyst, rose quartz, labradorite, citrine and lavastone beads.

Chrysocolla is known as a Stone of the Goddess, and is connected with feminine energies. It is a peaceful stone, often connected with forgiveness and compassion.

Amazonite is sometimes called the Stone of Courage and is associated with being true to oneself. It is also believed to bring good luck and enhance communication, as well as help relieve muscle cramps.

Moonstone is a calming and balancing stone which has long been linked with love. It is associated with the female reproductive system, and it is believed to help with menstrual issues and fertility.

Amethyst is a calming stone which promotes balance and peace. It is often used as an aid to meditation and is believed to enhance memory and improve motivation.

Rose quartz is known as a stone of love. It is also reputed to be calming, reassuring and nurturing.

Labradorite promotes balance and strengthens intuition. It is especially helpful for support due to hormonal changes.

Citrine is sometimes called the ‘sunshine stone’ and is energizing and comforting. It is a helpful stone in preparing the body for cleansing, and can help to balance hormones.

Designed to fit 7"/17.5cm wrist.

This is the first in my Ages of Woman range, loosely designed to fit in with the Triple Goddess - maiden, mother and crone. I think a person's first moon is an important passage, and this bracelet is made with crystals specifically selected to offer support during this time, and future periods.
