The inspiration for this bottle opener was my nephews. I wanted to give them something special on their 18th birthdays.
I also wanted to have a bottle opener that worked well and stood out in my over crowded drawer of kitchen utensils!
As with all my creations the idea behind them is to put smiles on faces :)

Full description
A solid, handheld, wooden bottle opener. Made from Hevea Wood which is a hard wood, both sustainable and responsibly sourced. This bottle opener is long lasting and durable yet soft to touch and fits beautifully in the hand.
An Eye catching Bottles Pyrography design, means an end to scrabbling around your kitchen draw searching for something to use!
The design is carefully hand burnt into the wood using Pyrography, one line at a time (no lasers are used here) This Drawing with Fire technique ensures you are receiving a one-off piece as no two can be exactly the same. The design will not rub off or fade as it is burnt into the wood.
All wood components are finished with 100% food safe mineral oil, this protects the wood, seals in moisture and acts as a barrier to stains and heat damage, giving you a long lasting utensil.

Hevea Wood comes from latex producing rubber trees,
they are only harvested once they cease to produce enough
latex.
To clean: simply wash in warm soapy water then dry.
You can re-apply coconut oil (or any food safe oil of your choice) approx. 1-2 months for optimum care.
