Placing all the tiny pieces of glass together to make the desired shape doesn’t look very promising at first but when they emerge from the kiln they are transformed into a beautiful sparkling snowflake! I love making them!

Full description
These large glass snowflakes have each been made with over 40 separate pieces of glass, hand cut and carefully arranged to form a snowflake when fused in the kiln. There are two to choose from - either tiny silver-coloured or gold-coloured flakes fused between the glass at each of the six points of the shape. A layer of glass ‘frost’ is then sprinkled on top before a second fusing.
Measuring approximately 13cm in diameter, each snowflake is attached to a piece of lovely, green velvet ribbon ready for hanging but this can be changed for white organza ribbon if you prefer - just add a message.
