I have used a selection of Gemstones in this individual jewellery design.
This necklace was handmade using, 10mm orange crackled Agate rounds.
4mm Mahogany Obsidian rounds, 3mm Mookite Jasper wheels. 2mm lime glass wheels and 6mm brown Agate tubes.
A sprinkling of black seed beads as additional spacers echoed the pendant.

The necklace measures 21 inches and the pendant is a 2 inch drop.

Having bought a selection of pendants at one time, I must confess to not knowing what this pendant is.
I feel it could be either some form of volcanic glass like Obsidian purely because of the indents which look like they would have been bubbles from the molten rock. It could be some highly polished Agate or Jasper, my money is on the former being volcanic glass, it seems to fit better and any way, I like it no matter what. It shall remain a mystery.

I echoed the colours of the pendant in the stones I picked for two reasons, one, because I like them and two because I feel they compliment the pendant so well.
The warm, earthy tones are so seasonal, I just adore these Autumnal colours.

For a "pop" of colour the lime green glass fitted the bill nicely, adding a little citrus element along the way.
