About this item
Handmade sterling silver raindrop flower pendant set with hand cut and polished cooper pedy opal. A beautiful shape with interest showing that opal works well in todays modern contemparary Jewellery designs. Crafted in solid sterling silver wire the raindrop pendant was hand worked and shaped before soldering on a hand cut and shaped sterling silver flower made from sheet silver. I then hand cut, shaped and polished the solid piece of Coober pedy Australian crystal opal, which has colours of stunning aqua blue green and a hint of pink/purple, size 6 mm round, and set this into the flower setting using the rub over technique, no treatment or glue just pure solid crystal opal. The size of pendant including small bail is 4.5 cm in height x 2.3 cm wide , the flower approximately 1.6 cm x 1.7 cm, and the opal is 6 mm round. The pendant carries the full british hallmark and my unique makers mark. This will arrive on a 18 inch rolo/belchor chain, gift boxed. Sent via royal mail special delivery.

Items up to £50 are posted via tracked delivery, your item will be a large letter size and fit through the letterbox, this will take a few days to arrive, you will be informed once your item is posted. Items over £50 are posted via tracked and signed delivery, you will be informed of the tracking number once dispatched. Dispatch days are Monday to Friday, I do not work weekends. Any items purchased after 12 o’clock midnight Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday. Items are posted via royal mail. Commissions and customisations welcome. If your item is posted via special delivery you will need to sign for your item. Opal fascinates me, such amazing colours and patterns, although i have hand cut,shaped and polished other gemstones i couldn't wait to get working with Australian opal.
