Winter 2025: Welcome to my shop! There's a mixture of handmade fabric goods - patchwork quilts, bags, table runners and more! All made from high quality fabrics in my smoke-free, pet-free home sewing studio.

Make a fun I-Spy quilt in next to no time using the strip piecing patchwork techniques detailed in this pattern. Ideal for an experienced beginner or any patchwork quilter who wants to get a project finished in a hurry!
Featuring 5" squares of novelty print fabrics this quilt can be used to play 'I-Spy with my little eye'. A great way to help children learn letter sounds and keep them occupied too!
The quilt has 42 easy to piece blocks and measures 50" x 58" (127cm x 147cm) finished. The use of carefully placed dark and light fabrics around the novelty fabric squares gives the illusion they are creating their own shadows.
Materials:
Forty two (42) 5” novelty print squares
170cm (1-3/4 yds) light background fabric
80cm (5/8 yd) dark background fabric
Wadding 142cm x 162cm (56” x 64”)
Backing 142cm x 162cm (56” x 64”)
50cm (1/2yd) binding fabric
Equipment:
Rotary cutter, mat and rulers
Sewing machine in good working order
