Opal is the traditional birthstone for October and Libra in the west, but in the east it would be coral.
I have used Swarovski crystal "opals", opal quartz and bamboo coral as substitutes to create this pretty necklace for Librans.
Coral is the traditional gift for the 35th wedding anniversary.
