Robin Hood gnome tote bag. This fun, quirky tote bag is made from midnight blue upholstery fabric and has an appliqué design depicting Robin Hood based on a Scandi gnome-style character. Robin is wearing an outfit in co-ordinating print fabrics in zesty lime green and dark green, with little green and white floral and abstract motifs. I've given him brown felt shoes and a brown felt belt with a stitched golden-yellow buckle. I've added a beautiful brown organza leaf decoration to his hat. The leaf has beautiful and delicate vein detailing. Robin's luxuriant beard is made from russet tweed-like fabric and covers his face so that only his large pale peach felt nose is visible. The bag is lined with pale zesty green plain fabric.
This is a fun and quirky tote bag. With its whimsical design it would be perfect for someone who loves Scandi gnomes and/or the legend of Robin Hood. It would make an unusual and fun gift, perhaps for someone who lives in Nottingham.
The approximate measurements of the tote bag are:
14 inches (36cm) high x 12.5 inches (32cm) wide x 3 inches (8cm) across the base. The handles are approx. 24 inches (60cm) from end to end, and are of a length that can be worn on the shoulder or carried as a handbag.
