Hello and welcome to my Folksy shop! My shop is currently closed while I move house. I plan to be open again by the end of July (WiFi willing!) and will be reading messages throughout, except the week of 15th July. In addition to the UK, I'm happy to ship most items to the US, Canada, Japan and Australia - just message me for a shipping quotation If a shipping price isn't shown against an item you're interested in. Please note that all US shipping prices shown DO NOT include tracking.
Many of the pieces I make are made to order and the shipping time is a 'worse case scenario' estimate - I will often make and send items quicker than indicated, although things do sometimes slow down at busy times. If you want something urgently, just message me and I'll confirm if I can meet your deadline. Some items over £30 are posted via the 'signed for' Royal Mail service automatically, but if you'd like to make sure you have this on your order, just message me.

I love Christmas knitting and as I didn't have any Christmassy stitch markers in my collection, I had to ferret some out! I also love birds, so these 3 cuties in their wintery outfits were just perfect.
Each of the set of 3 different designs that you see here will have a split ring and a lobster clasp attached so that you can use them as stitch markers or progress keepers. One thing I've found since I started collecting stitch markers is that I like to be able to use them as both things and that I sometimes want to slip them onto larger needles, so I've used a slightly larger than usual split ring that you can slip onto a needle as large as 6mm easily. Because it's a split ring, you can easily remove the lobster clasp and put it back on whenever you like, if you like. The lobster clasp easily slips onto a 4mm needle too - I think of it a
