OVERSEAS ORDERS: Royal Mail announced on 11th January that they're experiencing a 'severe service disruption' following a 'cyber incident' which means that they're temporarily unable to process overseas orders. At the moment I have no further information as to how long this suspension is in place, but they have stated that they're working on resolving the situation as soon as possible.
