Full description
A transformation from vintage curtain and vintage leather skirt to overnight bag/holdall or large handbag/tote - whatever you choose it to be! The pattern is interesting, and features two ladies - one sat at a floor loom and weaving fabric, the other spinning using a drop spindle and distaff. They are surrounded by birds (I just love the pheasant!) and flowers. The base of the bag is an offcut of green vintage leather from an upcycled skirt, and it is lined with a heavy weight red vintage fabric, complimenting the colours in the outer fabric design.
It has two rainbow sturdy cotton carry straps, a decorative leaf shaped zipper pull made from the same green leather, and a bag charm at the other end with green leaves, a blue butterfly, blue rhinestone and blue bead. It is very spacious - great for packing lots inside! Folds flat for easy storage.
Shown on an adult size mannequin in the photos, with stuffing inside the bag to illustrate its size and shape (stuffing not included!). Also shown flat on a table so you can see how it can fold down for storage.
