You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
This handmade greeting card is carefully packaged in a protective cellophane bag to keep it clean and fresh and free of fingerprints or other marks. The card is therefore not eligible for return once you have taken it out of the cellophane bag.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This is a lovely luxury 3D greeting card for Father's Day.
The design is a collage of techy gadgets that most men have. There is a TV with football (soccer) playing on it, a laptop, a tablet, a phone, a music player and a big pair of headphones. The card has been finished with gems. The 3D greeting says "Happy Father's Day".
This is a lovely card to send while we are still required to socially distance and self-isolate, and is perfect for anyone who loves their gadgets.
The card has a full colour matching insert on the inside that matches the design on the front with plenty of room for you to write your own special message.
Size: Large A5
This card comes with a free envelope to match the size of the card, and it is packaged in a free protective cellophane bag to keep it fresh and clean.
