You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

A bookmark made from high quality leather in sea green.

It is a strip of full-grain leather with a natural suede back. The front has a matt finish of blue-green / sea green colour.
The corners have been rounded so that they don't catch on the book.
There is a fine 3mm satin ribbon tail, in teal, which is looped through a hole punched at the end of the bookmark.
The bookmark measures 17cm x 3.5cm - with the tail it is just over 21cm long.
Great to have handy when you're reading in the garden, or lazing with a book on holiday.

Your bookmark will be carefully wrapped in plain tissue paper and posted to you by first class post.
