Full description
This graceful rollerball pen is made with real seashells collected on a cold winters day from Sands of Wright on South Ronaldsay, Orkney. The mother-of-pearl twinkles and sparkles delightfully among the finely crushed periwinkles within the barrel of this delightful pen. The rounded barrel containing the seashells has a pronounced taper towards the tip, which brings the balance of the pen more towards the top. Like all its stable-mates, the silky-smooth twist mechanism is fitted into the top of the pen, the wide finial giving an easy grip to operate, it has a very strong pocket clip and a long, rounded taper to the tip section. The metal components have an antique silver plate finish with stainless steel accents, and it uses a standard Parker refill which is changed by simply unscrewing the tip section - take care not to loose the small spring! The pen is 123mm long, about 16mm at its' widest and weighs 44g.
The price includes post and packing.
