Full description
This crabbing boat, the Patsy-Lou sits on the sandbanks of Wells-next-the -Sea on the Norfolk coast. There is a stiff breeze, strong enough to lift the buoy hanging from her bow. The bright sunlight on this summer day brings out the fresh colours of the water and sand as well as the blues of the distant horizon .Painted using alla prima technique with a combination of brush and palette knife.
The 100% pure cotton stretched canvas has been gesso primed and the painting lightly varnished with Winsor & Newton Picture Varnish.
The sides are painted yellow and the work can be hung unframed. Picture hanging fittings are in place.

Certificate of Authenticity signed by myself accompanies each original.
All my work and designs are fresh and genuinely original. All paintings are clearly dated and signed on the front bottom right corner.
