Like many I've moved away from liquid soap back to traditional bars of soap. The problem I sometimes find is keeping the soap so it doesn't go soggy. This has sent me on a design mission to make the perfect soap dish! So this one comes in 2 parts, it has holes to let the soap drain and so last longer. Then there is a base dish to catch all the soap suds so that your sink or work surface doesn't end up a wash with soap! I hope you're going to love it.

The soap dish is a Kate Cooke Ceramic original design and make!
It comes in 2 parts to drain the soap and to collect the soap suds, helping the soap last longer.
The soap dish is stoneware ceramic and thrown on my potters wheel as 2 parts carefully made so that they fit together. There are 3 drainage holes.
The soap dish is glazed in my Tiree Sea glaze combination. This is a mat blue-green on one side and a mat cream on the other. Where the 2 glazes overlap there is a variety of colours and some texture. The base dish is glazed in the mat cream glaze. All glazes are lead free.
