This felt bookmark with its chrysanthemum flower is hand embroidered with petals in Lazy-Daisy Stitch in red and blue threads, dotted with seed beads and a blue button for the flower stamen. It’s edged in blue Blanket Stitches and has a navy blue ribbon decoration at the bottom. The chrysanthemum flower’s stem of Whipped Chain Stitch in pink and red threads has a secret message...... turn it sideways and the word MUM is written....... making this bookmark just for Mum. ..... and the book she’s reading.
This bookmark is 7 inches long and 2.5 inside wide.
It’s gift wrapped in a transparent bag so it’s ready as a mother’s day gift or a birthday gift. It’s an ideal letterbox gift as it’s light to post.
