I added several hand painted moons in varying phases in greys blues and grey lilac. A peaceful cup for a much needed treat.
I enjoy making practical pottery with a bit of a twist to make each homemade piece individual and special to use.

Full description
A ceramic tea cup or coffee mug in white clay with hand painted phases of the moon in blues and lilacs.
Hand made cup made on my wheel, then trimmed and dried. I bisque fired the piece, hand painted it with waxing moons using underglaze colours and then clear glazed with lead free glaze before fiiring to earthenware temperature in my kiln.
Width at rim is 10.75 cm
Height is 7.5 cm
Lovely cup suitable for a hot chocolate, latte, cappuccino or a well earned cup of tea.
