Full description
This bird is hand made and measures, approx 6cm high and 6.5cm long. It is made from white earthenware clay and fired first in an electric kiln. I use acrylic paints to paint on a base colour and then paint on the feather marks, each one is a single brush stroke. The bird is the varnished to protect the decoration and please keep out of strong sunlight to preserve the colours.
