This embroidery thread came about as a result of playing with colours. I was originally folowing my notes and thinking of dyeing something totally different, but I followed my instinct and this beautiful thread was born. It reminds me of a sunny beach, with a bright blue sea and warm, golden sands.

Full description
This embroidery thread is made from of 100% Silk and has been handdyed to create a colourful and variegated thread. It is perfect for any form of embroidery including cross-stitch, blackwork and free-hand embroidery. It will be sent already wound onto a bobbin.
This is a repeatable colourway, but exact shades and lengths of repeats will vary between batches - each bobbin will be sent with a label which includes its batch number, there will usually be between 2 and 4 bobbins in a batch.
The colours cycle in the order of yellow, ice blue, sandy yellow/orange, greyish blue (this may be reversed and/or start on a different colour on individual bobbins) with roughly 4 inches of each colour at a time, but as this is handdyed, this isn't an exact measurement.

Thickness: Equivalent to 2 strands of stranded embroidery cotton
