I’ve been meaning to make a necklace using the netted bead units for a while but was inspired when I received the two oval rose quartz stones to combine them. I love how the raspberry pink in the glass seed beads brings out some of the pink tone in the rose quartz.

Perfect for Valentine’s Day! This pretty pink necklace features rose quartz beads in different shapes and sizes. It includes two larger oval rose quartz beads, together with smaller round rose quartz beads netted together using quality Japanese glass seed beads in raspberry pink with a gorgeous lustre. These have been strung with more seed beads on Beadalon wire, which is a group of stainless steel wires twisted together and coated in nylon, giving a strong and durable result. The piece is finished using rolled gold findings, including a secure lobster clasp.
Total closed necklace length is c.45cm (17 3/4 inches) long, including clasp. The oval rose quartz beads are c.25mm long by c.18mm wide, and the central bead netted component is c.20mm long by up to 18mm wide. The lobster clasp is 9mm long.
Your necklace will be sent wrapped in tissue paper and in a presentation box. I can include a gift message if you would like to send it as a gift!
Rolled gold, also known as gold filled, is made by mechanically bonding gold to a base metal such as brass or copper, which are cheaper but also more durable metals.
