Times are very challenging and a good Hug is impossible to give to anyone outside your household.
For me I needed to create this Banner to enable people to send their own hug to a loved one.

Send a hug in the post to someone you love to show just how much you are thinking of them. We may not be able to give that special someone a hug right now but this handmade “Hug” comes close.
The Oxford English Dictionary gives the meaning of hug as:-
“To put your arms around somebody and hold them tightly, especially to show that you like or love them”
This banner has been made using three knitted pennants decorated with vintage embroidery and a hand stitched letter. Each pennant is backed with felt and the trio of pennants are strung from a vintage hanging ribbon with loops at each end for ease of hanging.
The finished garland measure approx 54cm / 21 inches from end to end. Each pennant measures 23cm / 9 inches by 10cm / 4 inches.
A blank luggage label will be attached to the banner for you to write your own personal message.
Please note no two Hugs will be the same as I use an assortment of vintage haberdashery from my vast collection. The main colours and design will remain the same and I will do my best to create your piece as close to the original as I can.
Wipe clean only.
