I love paper and I love making things, so making handmade books is the natural progression. I enjoy trying out different book structures and Coptic is one of my favourites to make.
I also enjoy using various decorative papers, fabric, bookcloth and leather in my books.
Recently I developed a technique for making these raised embossed shapes and letters under the bookcloth, and these give the books a unique and personal touch.
