Description
Small handmade bowl.
Coiled bowl in dark red stoneware clay, hand carved texture and finished with a dark cloud blue glaze and white interior.
Approx. size: 5cm high x 8cm diameter
Finished with a Bird Box Pottery makers mark on the base.
Inspiration
The surface texture is inspired by fish scales. Modelling tools are used to carve into the surface which gives a very tactile finish and 'fish scale' effect.
