Full description

Over a base of clear enamel, I added, first pink, then brown enamel to the sails, followed by yellow enamel to the hull, using stencil techniques to confine the colours to the selected area of the piece. On the sails the layers of colours are thin and the underlying copper sparkles through under lights striking the brooch.

The boat measures 38mm tall by 31mm wide. I have soldered a 26mm brooch bar to the boat. The pin secures with a rotating catch.

Your brooch will be sent boxed, by Royal Mail first class, tracked.
