I generally use an outreach Royal mail postal service at the moment which is available on a Wednesday and Friday. Items to Europe, USA and the Rest of the World are sent Royal Mail INTERNATIONAL STANDARD which does not include tracking in the cost.
In the woods and sometimes on my bird feeder I see the striking Nuthatch with its sharp beak and distinctive shape and pose. This embroidery is on a background collage of autumnal coloured fabric scraps and lace which give the 3 dimensional quality of craggy tree bark.
