I was asked to paint this as a commission and at first I balked at it as I was not interested in painting such an unweildy creature - but - as I planned the work and got started I fell under the spell of the sinuously gorgeous octopus and now I plan to do more!

I loved painting the curved forms of this octopus and he has encouraged me to paint more as he was my first.

I use Epson paper and ink for decades of vibrant colour and a really fabulous finish - you'd find it hard to tell from the original - believe me!
My packaging is 99% biodegradable too and the 1% is recycled so rest assured my art does not hurt the planet.
