Herbal tea is a gentle & hydrating way to support digestion - particularly after a big meal, but can be equally benefical to drink just because.
Tea can be easily incorporated into our everyday routines, and this blend is delicious.

I CANNOT SELL HERBAL TEA TO THE USA OR CANADA SORRY.
This tea replenishes digestion from top to bottom.
Ingredients:
Meadowsweet, Orange peel, Fennel, Ginger, Mint, Chamomile, Lavender.
Directions:
Shake bag to mix herbs well
Add 1-2 teaspoons to your teapot
Steep for 10 minutes
Or simmer on the stove for 10 minutes for a stronger brew
Strain into your favourite cup, & give yourself time to relax & switch off
