Hello and welcome or better still welcome back to my little shop.
I hope you'll find that special thing here in the shop as I make everything by hand, welcoming the differences that these techniques bring.
So if its slick, shiny, bright colours you are looking for, that's really not happening here but warm, funny, happy creature lead pieces - you are in the right place. Step in and take a look around.

While these are made of stoneware clay and they are designed to have weight and have a nice feel in the palm of your hand, an actual living breathing wren would weigh about as much as a £1 coin. Try it, its an amazing thought.

Full description
These hand built wrens are finished in a deep brown glaze, with a subtle shine to the surface. It gives the wrens a calm and sophisticated look while at the same time bringing to mind your favourite bonfire toffee.
How they look so collected after the whirlwind and blast of a wood firing is a mystery but they are totally pulling it off. These wrens have depth.
Tiny pinch pots, joined, wings and tail cut to shape and added. Press the beak on at a jaunty wren style angle, then carve to hint at plumage and feather shape.
4cm high and 6cm long. Palm sized.
Handmade in small numbers. Each one has its own individual personality and quirks, mainly due to lack of measuring and weighing of clay. Same but different.
Ideal gift for anyone who loves birds and nature.
I try to recycle and reuse packaging but not at the expense of safe travel.
I am only posting to UK at the moment, apologies and I hope to change this soon.
